Priyanshu Jain is the Founder of PSJ Capital Ventures, an AMFI and APMI registered distributor of Mutual Funds (MF), Portfolio Management Services (PMS), and Alternative Investment Funds (AIF). His vision is to bridge high-quality investment opportunities with discerning clients including HNIs, Ultra HNIs, NRIs, Corporates, and Family Offices.

 

Under his leadership, the firm has positioned itself not just as a distributor but as a research-driven investment partner, offering curated products and insights across asset classes and strategies.

A passionate investor and lifelong learner, Priyanshu has a deep-rooted interest in value and growth investing, macroeconomic research, and trend-based trading. His approach to capital allocation is built on rigorous research, data-backed decision-making, and a constant curiosity about the ever-evolving financial markets.

Priyanshu holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Lucknow and a Bachelor’s in Financial & Investment Analysis (BFIA) from Shaheed Sukhdev College of Business Studies. He has cleared CFA Level II, FRM Level I, and CMT Level I, further strengthening his foundation in finance and technical analysis.

Prior to founding PSJ Capital Ventures, Priyanshu worked as a Management Consultant at Accenture Strategy, where he led PMO and functional transformation work for global cloud migration and contact center modernization projects. He also interned at JPMorgan Chase in Sales Trading & Macro Research, gaining valuable exposure to institutional trading, global macroeconomics, and market strategy. Additionally, his background includes internships in investment research, consulting, and corporate finance—contributing to his well-rounded understanding of capital markets and business operations.

Beyond PSJ Capital Ventures, Priyanshu plays a key role in building Noify Electronics, a rapidly scaling consumer electronics venture focused on rebranded and innovative products. His involvement spans strategy, operations, and business development, as he applies his market sensibilities to the world of physical products and technology.

A voracious reader with a deep interest in finance, technology, psychology, and philosophy, Priyanshu actively tracks developments in fintech, AI, and emerging startups. He enjoys connecting with thought leaders and industry veterans across investment management and emerging technologies to expand his understanding and build long-term collaborations.
